About Jasmine

Jasmine started her Real Estate career in 2020, mid pandemic. Her interest in entrepreneurship began when she started in sales at the age of 18. During this time she learned the fundamentals of building a business. Moreover, she quickly learned that business is about serving people and providing value to others’ lives. Relationship building is the foundation of all she does.

Being fluent in Spanish has helped her expand to the Hispanic communities. This has allowed her to make a difference in her community and family. Growing up, she watched her parents work tirelessly to achieve the American dream of owning a home. As such, she is inspired to help others achieve the same goal.

Before joining Best Chicago Properties, Jasmine worked for several law firms. She takes pride in her adaptability and her keen eye for detail. On top of that, she has been a paralegal for a real estate attorney. There she learned about the legal side of a real estate transaction and knowledge about title clearance matters. The skills and experience she has developed as a real estate paralegal have profoundly equipped her for representing buyers and sellers as a broker.

Jasmine’s areas of expertise include Hyde Park, East Side (60617 area), Hegewisch (60615 and 60637), and outside of Chicago for south suburbs: Beecher, Crete, South Holland, Homewood, Crestwood, Richton Park, Monee, Matteson, Park Forest, and South Chicago Heights.

Jasmine is also licensed in the state of Indiana and she focuses on the following NW Indiana areas: Dyer, Saint John, Cedar Lake, Crown Point, Schererville, and Merrillville.

As your real estate broker, Jasmine not only brings legal experience and neighborhood expertise but also negotiation strategy to ensure a mutual beneficial outcome is achieved.

When she is not working with clients, she can be found taking a walk in a forest preserve or volunteering at her local church as a youth mentor and musician.
