For those seeking authentic loft living, 411 S Sangamon Lofts should not be missed. In fact, these lofts were authentic enough to be featured in NBC’s popular series “Chicago Fire”.

As you enter the building from the cul-de-sac green space courtyard you’ll immediately feel the vibe of these authentic live / work lofts. They truly define the word “unique”.

For instance, most lofts here have 11 ft ceilings, massive warehouse style windows, original wood flooring, exposed brick walls and many more special features. One unit even has an vintage walk-in safe!

There are 83 loft units in the building with 14 floor plans. Most are 1 and 2 bedroom units ranging in size from 900 to 2,500 sq. ft.

Plus, there’s at least one combo unit that forms a massive 4 bed / 4 bath, 3,800 sq. ft. loft with an expansive private roof deck featuring a grilling station, daybeds.
