About Janeen
How can I put you at ease during a complex process? By listening to you and learning about your lifestyle and needs. Tell me about your children, your pets, and the things which are most important to you. The relationship that I build with my clients is based on honesty and trust which fosters a smoother home buying or selling process.
I grew up in the Midwest and officially made Chicago my home in 2004. My interest in real estate started with my appreciation of art, architecture, and interior design. After purchasing a loft in University Commons near UIC/Little Italy and a townhouse in Dearborn Park in the South Loop, I knew I wanted to be involved in the Chicago real estate community.
As a former educator, I have the ability to patiently advise and coach my clients about the home buying process and I have extensive experience with first time purchasers. I am attentive to seller’s expectations and can put an effective plan into action by paying attention to details and answering your questions in a timely manner.
If you are buying, selling, or leasing, my goal is to make you smile!
When I am not working with clients or keeping abreast of the Chicago real estate market, I can be found walking Buddha (our dog), biking, or exploring a new restaurant with my husband and son.

We called her to manage our condo in the South Loop when we were moving out of state and she was able to get us a super reliable tenant. When that person moved out, she was able to take care of everything for us to get the tenants switched out while we were still out of state. When we decided to move back to Chicago, we decided to call Janeen again as she had been so good the last three years! Janeen met with our parents every weekend and took us on Facetime tours of all the houses until she found us the perfect one in a location we had never thought about. The location and house was everything we could have asked for. We were able to do the closing the week we moved back to Chicago. Everything in the whole process was super smooth and Janeen and her team really make the process of buying a home easy. Janeen really listens to what you want and she knows what you need!
